BlueCast X5 castable resin has been designed in order to help jewelers in realizing difficult models where dimensional accuracy and structural qualities are required. X5 is based on a synthesized oligomer produced by BlueCast. Thanks to this waxy resin, it is possible to reach outstanding direct casting quality with any type of investment. X5 fits all jewelry needs from filigree to medals as well as dental ones (crowns / dental frames bridges). It is easy to print with any DLP or LCD 3d printer. Printed patterns are strong enough to be handled without the post-cure process, allowing for a faster, simpler workflow.Main Features
No expansion during burnout; sublimation starts at 130 degrees Celsius
Burnout does not release aggressive chemicals into the investment (80% of burnout is composed of carbon dioxide, water, and oxygen used for combustion)
No need for post-curing
Can be polished, engraved, and drilled (post-cure is needed)
